Who you are agreeing with
These terms are between you and Ambitions LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, which operates the AllWeDoIsTwin service. Using the service means accepting them.
What this is
AllWeDoIsTwin is a trading journal. You import your own executions, you write the rules you intend to trade by, and it tells you whether your records show you followed them. Everything it reports is computed from what you gave it.
What this is not
It is not financial advice. It is not a signal service, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything, not portfolio management, and not an offer of any kind. Nothing here should be read as a suggestion that any trade, strategy or rule will be profitable.
Trading involves risk, including the loss of your entire capital. The decisions are yours, the money is yours, and the outcomes are yours. Nobody involved in this journal is your broker, your adviser or your fiduciary.
About the weekly analysis
The weekly analysis is generated by a language model reading a summary of figures already computed from your trading. It produces observations and may propose rule experiments, each tested against your own history and reported both ways: what it would have avoided, and what it would have cost you.
Those are prompts for your own thinking, not instructions. A backtest over your past is not a prediction about your future, a model can be confidently wrong, and a rule that looks good against last quarter can be exactly the wrong rule for the next one. Treat every proposal as a question rather than an answer.
Accuracy
Figures are recomputed from the fills you import and are only as good as those files. If an export is incomplete, mistimed or from the wrong account, the journal will faithfully report conclusions drawn from incomplete data. Where it cannot judge something it says not evaluated rather than guessing, but it cannot detect records you never gave it.
Your account
Keep control of the email address and sign-in provider you use, since they are how the journal knows you. One person per account. Tell us at twins@allwedoistwin.com if you believe someone else has access to yours.
Your data is yours
Your trading records remain yours. They are not sold, not shared with anyone beyond the service providers named in the privacy policy, and not used to train any model. You can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person’s journal, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law. Automated bulk use, or use that degrades the service for other traders, may be limited.
Availability
This is a young product run by a small operation. It may be unavailable, may lose features, and may change. There is no uptime guarantee. Keep your original broker exports — they are the record of record, and this journal is a lens on them rather than a replacement for them.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Ambitions LLC is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from using it — including any decision you make after reading something it reported.
Ending it
You can stop at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. An account may be closed if it is used in the ways described under acceptable use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top moves when they do, and material changes will be told to you by email rather than left here to be noticed.
